Volleyball
The 7th Grade Red team defeated the Lincoln Blue team last night 25-11, 25-11, 24-22. Bringing them to a 7-2-1 overall record! Brittany Deiling was the outstanding player of the game. She had 6 serving points, 8 kills and 2 blocks! Sydney Fuleky & Crystal Jajou did a great job on defense for the broncos! The Red team will travel to Ypsilanti on Wednesday.

Volleyball
The 8th grade Red volleyball team defeated Ypsilanti Lincoln last night 25-14, 25-13, 25-21. Hannah Bojarski played all facets of the game well to lead the team. Taylor Hawkins powered the offense with many kills. The red teams regular season record now stands at 4-1.
The 8th grade white volleyball team beat Monroe 24-26, 25-14, 25-11. Leaders for the night were Levi Lennard in assists, Kerrragn Gandee and Bree Long in in hitting, Paige Anstine and Maddy Andra in serving and Bree long in digs.

Volley for the Cure T-shirts
"Volley for the Cure" t-shirts will be on sale from October 9-14th for $10 during lunch hours. If you wear your t-shirt to the game on Tuesday October 14th you get in free.
Anti- Bullying Poster Contest
Almost everyone has seen someone being picked on by a bully. It's not nice.
Bullies can make school an unpleasant place for their victims.
What are some things YOU can do to make your school a place where no one gets bullied?
Create a poster that shows what YOU can do to stop bullying at BJHS.

Chromebooks
6th and 7th grade students - We have received notice that Chromebooks have been seen unattended during after school sporting practices/events. Please remember that you can return to your locker after practice to retrieve your Chromebook. Chromebooks should never be left unattended, in the gymnasium, or under a tree. It is important to remember that each student with a Chromebook signed an agreement at the beginning of the school year that states...
- I will be responsible for my Chromebook at all times.
- My Chromebook will never be left unattended
- I will store my Chromebook in my secured locker at BJHS while at sports practices or after school activities
