STUDENT OF THE WEEK
Mrs. Verdun chose Taylor D. as our student of the week. Taylor is a very positive student in class. She comes in everyday with a smile on her face and is a caring, polite young woman. She is friendly to all of her classmates and helps others when needed. She is a superb role model for others and a pleasure to have in class this year.

BOYS BASKETBALL
7TH GRADE WHITE
The 7th grade boys white team fell to Chelsea yesterday 22 - 15.
Andrew H led the team in scoring with 16 points; Griffin W had 6 points;
Cayden K scored 5 points; Nate D and Simon E both added 2 points.
The white teams will take on Pinckney today with the 7th grade game starting at 4:15.  Come out and cheer on your Broncos to victory.

7TH GRADE RED
Bedford red 7th grade lost a hard fought battle to Chelsea Blue 21-10.  Jack N, Dylan H and Shea R played well. 

8TH GRADE WHITE
On Monday, Bedford White was victorious 34-16 against Techumseh. Micah S. and Daniel S. led the Broncos in scoring.  Pounding the boards were Chace C., Dillon D., and Brady P..

On Wednesday, Bedford White continued their winning streak avenging their loss to Chelsea from last year by giving up on only 11 points.  Taking the win 24-11!  Great job by everyone with the swarming defensive effort.  Setting the tempo of the game and leading in scoring was Hayden F., Daniel S., Sam T., Chace C., Micah S., and Ethan B.!
Come see White take on the Pinckney Pathfinders at home tonight! GO BRONCOS!

8TH GRADE RED
Bedford 8th grade red was beaten by Chelsea Blue 22-20.  Braden G and Connor B led in scoring.  Ethan G and Brendan H also played well.

BOOK FAIR
The Book Fair starts next week  Dec. 4th-8th, during lunch and homeroom from 10:30-12:30. There will be a family night on Wednesday, Dec. 6th, 4:00-7:00 PM.

WRESTLING
Any 6th, 7th or 8th grade boys interested in wrestling this year, practice will begin Monday, December 11.  If there are any question please contact Mr.Andrews for more information. matt.andrews@mybedford.us

NEW CLUB 
Do you ever find yourself daydreaming in class? Would you like to be in a place where daydreaming is not only accepted but encouraged? Then come to Writing Club, every Thursday starting NEXT Thursday, December 7th from 2:45-3:45 in Miss DePorre’s room! It’s time to take that imagination and use it where it counts! Please be sure to have a ride home, and we'll see you there!

PENNY HOCKEY BOARDS
Do you need to buy an inexpensive Christmas gift for someone?  Why not buy them a penny hockey board for only $2.00.  These sturdy games were made by our very own 8th grade technology education students.  They will be sold at the concession stand during all lunch hours starting Monday, December 4th.  Buy one for a friend or for yourself!  Get them while they last.

ALL MULES MATTER
All mules matter meets every Monday during your homeroom time in the media center with Mrs. Mihalec. 

BUS NOTES
Bus notes need to be brought  to the office in the morning to be stamped before school starts.  Absolutely no notes will be stamped after the afternoon announcements.  If the note is not stamped you will have to ride your normal bus home.

EXIT PASSES
Exit passes can be given if a written note from home is turned into the office.  All notes are to be brought to the office before school starts so your exit pass can be written.  Then you are to report to the door monitor at the time indicated on your pass. Once your ride arrives you can exit the build to go to your appointment.  You CAN NOT exit the building without a pass.  Make sure to turn your note into the main office before the morning bell so they can issue you a exit pass.

DRESS CODE
Students, while the temps stay warm, be sure to dress for the weather and for our dress code here at the school. While we certainly need to stay cool, we also need to keep our shorts and shirts within the ranges set forth in the dress code. 

BACKPACKS
Just another reminder. . . Don't carry your backpacks to class. You must keep your backpacks in your locker. 

EARLY DROP OFFS
If you are dropped off at school before 7 a.m, you need to stay in the cafeteria with Mrs. Gibson. She will release you to your lockers at 7.  

8th HOUR
8th Hour is held in the media center.  It runs from 2:35 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Meet in the front lobby by the door monitor and you will be walked to the media center   Forms can be picked up in the office.


NO CELL PHONES DURING SCHOOL HOURS
Students: Cell phones are not allowed during school hours. Your phone should be in your locker and turned off at 7:25 a.m. They cannot be used until 2:30 p.m. Cell phones are NOT permitted during lunches. 

HEALTH ROOM RULES
Students who need to go to the health room must get a pass from the teacher they are coming from AND they should also check in with their next hour teacher to let them know where they are.

BOYS BASKETBALL
7TH GRADE WHITE
The 7th grade boys white team defeated Tecumseh last night 17 - 12 as Jimmy F hit a clutch 3 pointer to put the team ahead with a minute to play.  Andrew H and Jimmy F led the team in scoring with 10 points apiece.
Griffin W, Josh G, and Caleb K each had 2 points in the victory. The 7th grade white team will travel to Chelsea tomorrow.

7TH GRADE RED
Bedford  7th grade red lost to Tecumseh Orange 25-10.  Dylan H had 3 rebounds and 2 points.  Kaiden C led on defense. 

8TH GRADE RED
Bedford 8th grade red took down the Indians of Tecumseh Orange 18-13.  Brendan H, Connor B and Ethan G led the scoring.  Parker M and Alex B also played well.
