7TH AND 8TH GRADE SOFTBALL
Practice for 7th and 8th grade softball will be held inside today, Thursday, March 30, 2017.

MATH-A-THON
As soon as you have collected all of your pledges, you may bring them to room 230. Remember, pledges of at least $100 means you will be invited to this year’s lock-in. If you have any questions please see Mrs. Brown in room 230.

HIGH SCHOOL COLOURGUARD - FREE CLINIC FOR 8TH GRADERS
Attention all interested 8th graders! The high school colorguard is offering a free clinic this Friday, March 31st, in the high school band room from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. Please wear light comfortable clothing that you can move in. (No Jeans)


BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION
Box Top collections !! This year we will be collecting box tops and having a friendly competition between home rooms. This is an easy way to fund raise for the extra things our classrooms my need throughout the year. Just ask your students and parents to clip and save. Deposit them in the collection boxes with your homeroom name on them (or place in Mrs. Nimigean's mailbox in the high school or Mr. Muck's mailbox in the junior high).We will collect for 3 months for each giveaway.Winners will be awarded the first of December, March and June (top collector in each building). Make sure you get them turned in for a homeroom treat!
HANDBOOK REMINDER 
Students who are leaving school early for an appointment should remember to come to the office first thing in the morning before school starts to receive an exit pass. They should not give their notes to their teachers. Do not wait until lunch to receive your exit pass.

DROP OFF ITEMS
Students, if your parents drop off items for you during the day, they will be held at the front door with our door monitor. Please listen to announcements during the class changes for your name. At that time, you may pick up your items from the door monitor.

SAFETY REMINDER
When getting off of the bus in the morning, be sure to stay on the sidewalk to get to the junior high. Do not walk on the cement island.

CHROMEBOOKS
Students please remember to limit what you take to each class. Chromebooks can not be stacked on several books. Carrying several books increases the chance for your chromebook to slip and break.

HEALTH ROOM VISITS
You must report to your next hour teacher before coming to the health room unless it is an emergency. That way your teacher knows where you are.

The Creative Writing Club will be meeting today from 2:40 - 3:40 in room # 49.  All you need is a Chromebook, a creative mind, and a ride home.  All students are welcome.  See Ms DePorre if you have any questions.

Learn to knit and crochet at Knitting Club.  The club meets today from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. in room # 29 with Mrs. Adkins.  Bring a friend along with you  tomorrow after school.
