STUDENT OF THE WEEK

CROSS COUNTRY
The junior high boys cross country team won again on Saturday for their 9th invitational victory in a row.  This time they handily defeated all the teams at the Dave Bork Invitational in Monroe.  As of today the boys are 128-0 on the season.  Collin B led the way for the mules this meet with another season best time.  Daniel S, Isiah M and Preston U all ran personal best times to finish in the top 15 of the race as well.  Other runners who ran season best times were 8th graders Damien R,  Ryan P,  and Grant Y, 7th grader Anthony K, and 6th graders Gabe B, Braiden W, Ethan T and Grant S.  The team has 1 more race next Saturday at the unofficial state meet. Wish the boys and girls cross country teams luck as they race some of the best teams in Michigan to finish their seasons. 

T-SHIRTS FOR FRIDAY'S WHITE OUT GAME
This week starting Wednesday T-Shirts for our White Out Game on Friday will be on sale for $5.

FUNDRAISER MONEY
All money from the Fundraiser is Due by Thursday, October 19, 2017. Bring it in the morning to the front office.

PICTURE RETAKES
Picture retakes are scheduled for October 26, 2017 during homeroom.  Forms can be picked up at the door monitors desk.

ALL MULES MATTER
All mules matter meets every Monday during your homeroom time in the media center with Mrs. Mihalec. 

DRESS CODE
Students, while the temps stay warm, be sure to dress for the weather and for our dress code here at the school. While we certainly need to stay cool, we also need to keep our shorts and shirts within the ranges set forth in the dress code. 

BACKPACKS
Just another reminder. . . Don't carry your backpacks to class. You must keep your backpacks in your locker. 

EARLY DROP OFFS
If you are dropped off at school before 7 a.m, you need to stay in the cafeteria with Mrs. Gibson. She will release you to your lockers at 7.  

8th HOUR
8th Hour is held in the media center.  It runs from 2:35 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Meet in the front lobby by the door monitor and you will be walked to the media center   Forms can be picked up in the office.

NO CELL PHONES DURING SCHOOL HOURS
Students: Cell phones are not allowed during school hours. Your phone should be in your locker and turned off at 7:25 a.m. They cannot be used until 2:30 p.m. Cell phones are NOT permitted during lunches. 

HEALTH ROOM RULES
Students who need to go to the health room must get a pass from the teacher they are coming from AND they should also check in with their next hour teacher to let them know where they are.
