YEARBOOKS SALES END TODAY, FEBRUARY 14
Yearbooks are on sale now. The cost is $45. Yearbooks are sold during all lunch hours. Make checks payable to BJHS. Flyers were given to each student, and additional flyers are also available in the office.

Attention all students. BJHS 100 Mile Club will start on February 18, and go to March 21, after school from 2:45 to 4:30 p.m. Dates are subject to change due to weather conditions! SOIREE JUNIOR SINGERS
This is your chance to share the spotlight! Become a junior soiree member! The program will include training in voice projection, dance, poise, and what it takes to be a Soiree Singer! All students are invited, even if you never danced or performed in a choir. Registration forms and more information are available in the office.
GIRLS' BASKETBALL
In the nightcap last night, in the Bedford Junior High School Gym, the 7th grade girls' red team defeated a strong and only once beaten Tecumseh team in TRIPLE overtime 24-22. This reverses a loss to them earlier in the year. Amazing team effort girls!
The Bedford 8th grade red team improved to 6-0 by defeating Tecumseh 21-6. Courtney Jagielski, Maddie Birmingham, and Sophia Maddaluno all played well.
The Bedford 7th grade white team was stung by the hornets of Saline blue 27-4. Madison Lavigne led with 2 points.
The Bedford 8th grade white team lost at Saline Blue 15-6.
SOFTBALL - OPEN GYM - EVERY SUNDAY
Attention 7th and 8th grade girls interested in playing softball this spring; come to open gym and get ready for tryouts and the season ahead. Open gym time will be held on Sundays from noon until 2:00 p.m. starting January 26, and running through March 9. This is a great opportunity to start throwing, hitting, and field before tryouts. LACROSSE
Any student, boy or girl, in 7th or 8th grade interested in playing Lacrosse this season should come with their parents to the informational meeting on Tuesday, February 18, at 7:00 p.m. Also, conditioning has started and you’re not too late to join us. Please talk to any player for details.
AFTER SCHOOL EVENTS
Students should ride the bus home after school. If they wish to attend or watch an after school event, parents should bring them back to school. Students are NOT allowed to wander the hallways during events. If you do come back to school, or stay after school to participate in a club, please be sure to stay in the area you belong in.
EMERGENCY MEDICAL FORMS
If you did not turn in your Emergency Medical Form, please turn it in. (Forms are green, yellow, or salmon;.and they were mailed home in the summer mailing.) Remember to update all contact numbers and sign the back. To change a student's address, you must present a Michigan Driver's License with the current address, mortgage or lease paper, and a utility bill.
BE PROMPT! DON'T MISS YOUR BUS
After school, when going out to your bus, be prompt! The bus drivers will not allow students on the bus after 2:33 p.m.

When students walk to school, they should please use the sidewalk next to the high school by the grass and not the sidewalk island next to the bus depot. We want to make sure everyone is safe. With the dark mornings, it is unsafe to walk through the depot.
