If students are attending after school events that do not start immediately after classes, they must go home and return to school when the activity begins. Please, do not leave unsupervised students at school.

Lifetouch photographers will be at the junior high today to take spring pictures. Spring pictures are not mandatory and must be paid for in advance. If you would like a spring picture, please have your picture taken during your lunch hours today.

There will be a TRE Alumni Night on Monday, June 3, from 6-8:00 p.m. at Temperance Road Elementary School for all former Temperance Elementary students and families.

Students attending tomorrow's session of Students Interact should collect assignments for tomorrow when they are at Students Interact. All students should meet in the cafeteria tomorrow morning when they arrive. They should not go to first hour. Attendance will be taken in the cafeteria. .
HIGH SCHOOL - TESTING OUT - DATE CHANGED
This is a reminder to 8th graders who would like to test out of a Freshman class next year. Applications are online and at the high school in the counseling office. Applications may be turned in May 1 through June 1.
TRACK
The boys' junior high track team defeated Tecumseh 100 – 37 last night. Top performers were Dominic Adduci winning the 3200 M run in 11:00.43 and taking 3rd in the high jump.
Carson Barr won the 400 M dash with a time of
1:05.16 and high jump clearing 4’10”
Andrew Farren won the 55 M hurdles in 8.77
sec and 200 M hurdles in 27.92
Michael Greeley bested the field in the 1600
with a time of 5:40.59 and long jump with a leap of 16’2”
Joseph Whitaker won shot put with a throw of
36’9” and started the winning 4 x 100 relay team
Brendan Burns won the 800 in 2:37. 07
Darric Garcia took 2nd in the 800
M run

The 7th grade softball team lost 2 games against St. Mary's CC at their double-header yesterday. Defensively, the team is improving. Paige Harper head an outstanding game infield and outfield. Megan Tillman threw out 3 runners. Madison Zabawa made a diving catch in the left field to end the inning. Offensively, Courtney Jagielski continues to lead the team with multiple hits.

The 7th grade softball team will travel to play St. Charles today.
The 8th grade softball team will travel to play Erie Mason.
Both games begin at 4:00 p.m.
A reminder to teachers and athletes; both teams have an early dismissal today at 2:15 p.m. to allow for travel time.

Drum line tryouts for the 2013 Marching Band will be with Mr. Bates on Thursday, May 9th, and 16th from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the high school band room.
MOTHER/DAUGHTER SPRING FLING DANCE - THIS FRIDAY
Welcome spring; and celebrate your mom at the Mother and Daughter Spring Fling Dance on Friday, May 10, from 7-9 p.m. This will be a lot of fun for you, your friends, and your mom! There will be tasty treats, beautiful decorations, and a DJ playing your favorite songs. Fliers with more information are available in the office. Get to the Community Ed office to get your tickets!
