GIRLS TRACK
Last night the Lady Broncos enjoyed a great evening of track competition against the Adrian Maples.  The Lady Broncos had many personal bests that led them to a win over Adrian. 
Final Team scores for the evening were:  Adrian     47         Bedford     92
First Place Finishers for the Lady Broncos were:
Alli Smith in the 3200 Meter Run
Erica Woodson in the 55 Meter Hurdles
Olivia Cook in the 800 Meter Run
Kaitlyn Kochendorfer in the 1600 Meter Run
Salina Sandoval in the 100 Meter Dash
Kate Chuhy in the 400 Meter Run and Long Jump
Kalliyan Lagger in the 200 Meter Dash

BOYS TRACK
The boys Jr. high track team defeated Adrian yesterday 92 - 45.
Jacob Reaume started the day by finishing third in the 3200 M run
Stephen Kraine won the 55 H (10.9)
Darric Garcia won the 800 (2:39) and was 2nd in the long jump (15") Alex Zittleman was 2nd (2:44)
Colin Woolford won the 100 M dash (12.7) and Pole Vault (9') and Haydan Manger was 2nd in pole vault (8')
Austin Hammer won the 200 M hurdles (34.35)
Dalton Krott won the 200 M dash (28.5)
Michael Greeley won the 400 M dash (58.6) and long jump (18'8")
Caleb Gill won the 1600 M run (5:37)
Elijah Flood took first in the High jump (4"8") with Kyler Shreder finishing 2nd (4"8")
A sweep by the Bedford shot putters Kyle Hudgin 1st (40'8.5") McKade Shultz 2nd (38'3") and Austin Emerson third (36')

RELAY FOR LIFE - BUY A FOOT!
Students,  Relay for Life is coming on May 17th.  In order to support the cause, BJHS students can buy a foot during lunches for 1 dollar on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Next Week we will be selling suckers during lunch time.

8TH GRADE PANORAMIC PICTURES
We have a few extra panoramic pictures available to purchase.  The cost is $15, and they are in the office.

AFTER SCHOOL CODING -  GRADES 6, 7, 8 
After School Coding Club meets on Tuesdays in lab 34 with Mrs. Adkins from 2:30-3:30 p.m.  Build some awesome apps and games with friends. Be sure to have a ride home.  

THE GREEN TEAM
The Green Team will meet on Monday and Tuesday next week from 2:30 to 3:30 PM in Mrs. Nimigean's room, #40.  If you have not been able to join the Green Team, you may attend one or both days.  Bring your gloves, and be prepared to work.  Please note they are meeting on MONDAY and TUESDAY NOT TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY.
  
ART CLUB - GRADES 6, 7, 8 - TODAY
Art Club meets on Thursdays from 2:30-4:00 p.m. in room #134.  See Mrs. Copley in room # 134 if you have any questions.  

CHESS CLUB - GRADES 6, 7, 8 - TODAY
Chess Club meets on Thursdays from 2:30-3:30 p.m. in room #130.   See Dr. Robinson in room # 130 if you have any questions.

CHARITY CLUB
If you are a member of the Bronco Charity Club, see Mrs. Currie if you are interested in participating in a service project this month. 

BEDFORD VOLLEYBALL CAMP - GRADES 6, 7, 8
There will be a Bedford Volleyball Camp this summer for girls in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade.  Please pick up a flyer in the office if you are interested.  Register early to make sure you don't get closed out! 

AFTER SCHOOL EVENTS
Students should ride the bus home after school.  If they wish to attend or watch an after school event, parents should bring them back to school.  Students are NOT allowed to wander the hallways during events.  If you do come back to school, or stay after school to participate in a club, please be sure to stay in the area you belong in.

BE PROMPT!  DON'T MISS YOUR BUS
After school, when going out to your bus, be prompt!  The bus drivers will not allow students on the bus after 2:33 p.m.  

NATIONAL JUNIOR HONOR SOCIETY
NJHS students should remember to check their email for upcoming events.

COMMUNITY EDUCATION MOTHER/DAUGHTER  ROYAL BALL
The Mother/Daughter Royal Ball is coming soon. Tickets are on sale at Community Education through Friday.  Remember to have a parent get your tickets today!

8TH HOUR
