8TH TOUR OF MONROE COMMUNITY COLLEGE
On Wednesday, May 4th, our 8th grade students will be attending a tour of Monroe County Community College. We will leave the building after 1st hour and will be returning before lunch. This tour is provided by grant money from the community college to promote interest in post-secondary college options as well as giving students insight into innovative career fields.

We had a very successful tour last year and are looking forward to attending next week. On the verification forms signed at the start of the school year, parents signed permission for us to transport students on field trips, so a signed slip is not necessary.

HALLWAY RULES - NO FOOD OR DRINKS
Water bottles, drinks, and food are strictly prohibited in the hallways as
of now. We are having increasing issues with spills, messes and school property being damaged. Teachers, if you see students out in the halls with these items and they do not have a doctor's note allowing it with them, take or discard the bottles. Food items are never allowed to be opened and transported.

Students should always carry chromebook cases by the handle.
