March 18 - Softball Tryouts Begins - 3:30 - 5:30 p.m.
March 19 - Juggling Club - 2:30-3:30 p.m. - BJHS Cafeteria
March 19 - Chess Club - 2:30-3:30 p.m. - Room # 130
March 20 - Practice for Shakespeare in the Courtyard - 2:30-3:30 p.m. - Room # 130
March 21 - Young Artists Club - 2:30-4:00 p.m. Room # 131
March 21 - All District Band Spectacular - 7:00 p.m. SHS Gym
March 21 - Ohio Skate - 6:00-8:30 p.m. -Community Ed Event - $3.50 Admission
March 22 - Trimester 2 Grades Available on HAC

AFTER SCHOOL EVENTS
If students are attending after school events that do not start immediately after classes, they must go home and return to school when the activity begins.  Please, do not leave unsupervised students at school.

CELL PHONES
Cell phones should be turned off once a student enters the building in the morning.  

YEARBOOK ANNOUNCEMENT
If your child ordered a yearbook, please remind him/her to check the list on the wall next to the showcase by the cafeteria to make sure their name is on it.  If their name is NOT on the list, please have him/her see Dr. Robinson in room # 130.

FRIENDSHIP PHOTOS
Students should check the friendship photos posted outside of the cafeteria.  If their picture is missing, they should see Dr. Robinson in room # 130.

SPORTS - YEARBOOK PHOTOS
If a students participates in a sport that is not for BJHS, please send photos of the activity to Dr. Robinson, room # 130, or email it to him at greg.robinson@bedford.k12.mi.us so it can appear in the BJHS 2012-2013 yearbook.

LITERARY MAGAZINE
The yearbook staff is accepting poetry, short stories, vignettes, and other vehicles of expression for their annual literary magazine.  Entries should be submitted in the box located in the office.

JUGGLING CLUB - TODAY
Juggling Club will meet in the cafeteria on Tuesday from 2:30-3:30 p.m.

CHESS CLUB - TODAY
Chess Club will meet tomorrow, Tuesday,  in Dr. Robinson's room # 130 from 2:30-3:30 p.m.

SHAKESPEARE IN THE COURTYARD - PRACTICE
Practice for Shakespeare in the Courtyard will be held in room # 130 on Wednesday, from 2:30-3:30 p.m.

YOUNG ARTISTS CLUB
The Young Artists Club will meet in room # 131 on Thursday in room # 131 from 2:30-4:00 p.m.

MATH-A-THON
If your child ordered a Math-a-thon Book, it has been delivered to their math teacher. They should work as many problems as they can.   Students should continue getting pledges and working toward that $100 goal in order to be able to attend the lock-in.  Thank you to all students for working for such a worth cause.

SCIENCE FAIR STUDENTS
Students participating in the Science Fair should submit their permission slips and mentor-ship forms to Mrs. Davies so she can submit projects for judging.

ALL STUDENTS - LITERARY MAGAZINE

SOIREE UPDATE
Congratulations to Madison Spears, 8th grader; Lacey Denker, 7th grader; and Isabelle Joly, 6th grader!  They were chosen as Bedford Junior Idol winners.  They will each get to sing a solo during this weekend's Junior Soiree performances.  The shows are March 22 and 23, this Friday and Saturday at 7 p.m. in the high school auditorium. General admission is $8.

COMMUNITY ED EVENT - OHIO SKATE NIGHT
Plan to join your friends for an evening of fun at Ohio Skate on Thursday, March 21, from 6:00-8:30 p.m.  Admission is $3.50 at the door.  Skate rental is $1. if needed.  This is a Community Ed sponsored event.
