FOR ALL STUDENTS - BUS DEPOT CHANGE
There is a change in the bus depot parking lot lineup that will be in effect today.  Route 28 is moving over to slot 30 and a new "take home only" route is parking in slot 39.  Notes were sent home with the students. 

FOR ALL STUDENTS - MORLEY MONEY DUE - NOVEMBER 14
Morley money was due November 14.  If you still have not turned it in, please remember to bring it to school.

FOR ALL STUDENTS - U OF M / OSU HOLIDAY FOOD DRIVE KICK OFF
BJHS kicked off their Annual BJHS/Lions Den Holiday Food Drive this week.  Competition continues with the collection of canned goods.  Each day a tally will be taken, and a sticker will be placed on each can indicating U of M or OSU.  Final tallies will be taken by noon on Tuesday, November 20.  The first hour class with the most canned goods will win breakfast from the Student Council!  Bring in your canned goods!

FOR ALL STUDENTS - ENGINEERING EAGLES ROBOTICS TEAM
Good luck to the Engineering Eagles Robotics Team.  Saturday they are competing at the Down River Robotics Competition in Allen Park, Michigan.  Bailey McCreary designed the robot.  The research and presentation were done by Morgan Kelly and her team: Chris Pratt, Kyle Krueger, Nick Gaylord, and Xander Stewart.  Xander Stewart also invented and programmed the "Sonic Shoe".  Matthew Wunder designed the T-shirts and will be running the robot with Landon Whitman.  Seth Murphy and Charlie Gunterman are in charge of the Team work.

FOR ALL STUDENTS - COAT DRIVE - ENDS TODAY
Don't forget to bring in your old coats for the BJHS/Lions Den Coat Drive.  To is the last day.  All coats will be donated to the Lions Den.  Please help someone in our community keep warm this winter.

FOR ALL STUDENTS - REFLECTIONS CONTEST - DEADLINE EXTENDED TO DECEMBER 7th
The PTSA Reflections Arts \contest is now accepting entries in 6 categories: Visual Arts, Literature, Photography, Film/Video Production, Musical Composition, and Dance Choreography. A set of rules are posted in the Media Center windows and are also available in the office. You can also check online at http://bedfordptareflections.weebly.com/.

Entry forms are available in the Media Center and Office, plus online at the site listed above. Entries can be dropped off in the Media Center and the entry deadline has been extended to December 7th. There is no limit on the number of entries you can turn in or the number of categories you can enter.

Every entry will get a prize. There will also be a grand prize drawing for a $25 gift certificate. Would you like to increase your chance of winning? Refer-a-Friend! When you submit an entry, a card will be delivered to their homeroom. Give that card to a friend and if they turn in a qualified Reflections entry and that card, you both get an extra ticket in the grand prize drawing!

7 AND 8TH GRADE BOYS' BASKETBALL
The Bedford 7th grade red basketball team beat Tecumseh 16-6 to even its record at 1-1.  Nick Lucarelli, Zach Haigy, and Maison Hullibarger all played well. 
  
Bedford 8th grade red team won at home last night versus Tecumseh 19-7.  The entire team played well with 10 players scoring. 

The boys’ 7th grade white team was stung by the hornets last night 16 - 8.  Michael Greeley led the scoring with 6 points. Andrew Fettig scored 4 points, Dylan Blossom chipped in with 3 points and TJ Linderman, Evan Barr, and Robbie Keister each had 2 points.

The 8th grade white basketball team lost to a tough Saline team last night 24-15.  Leading the way for the Broncos at both ends of the floor was Max Birmingham and David Jeffers.  Luke Hite and Carson Barr led the Broncos in scoring with 6 apiece.  The Broncos are 1 and 1 on the season.

FOR ALL STUDENTS - LEOS CLUB - YMCA
Would you like something fun and meaningful to do?  If so, you are invited to join the YMCA Leos Club. The Leos Club is a fun and energetic group that spends its time volunteering and learning leadership skills. They help out with YMCA sports and events, do community service, and go on trips and service weekends. They meet every Tuesday at 6:30 at the YMCA." The group is a big part of many Jr. High and High School lives. There are dues for Leos but they are really flexible on when they are to be paid. As of right now, they are due around the same time Christmas break is; and they are $25. There is no date of which students have to be registered by. Each month we run Teen Night on the third Saturday. Teens are invited to come and participate in activities that include swimming, dodge-ball, , etc. Entrance is $5 at the door. FOR ALL STUDENTS - LEOS. . . . TEEN NIGHT. . . .TOMORROW NIGHT
All 6th through 12th graders are invited to come and enjoy the fun at the Francis Family YMCA Teen Night
this Saturday, November 17, from 7:00 till 10:00 p.m.  There will be games, music, and concessions.  The cost is only $5 at the door.  Membership is NOT required.
