CLUBS:

SPORTS:

The Junior High Boys Track Team ended their season on Wednesday at the Saline Invite.

The weather was perfect and the team performed at its best. No scores were kept at the meet, but many athletes came home with medals for top finishes. Altogether this season, the boys broke 3 records and were close to others.

The 4x55 m. Hurdle team of Caleb A., Liam A., Sawyer U. and Taleon G. absolutely crushed the competition and broke the all time meet record by almost 4 seconds. They were amazing!

Caleb A. led the Mules at an earlier meet by breaking the school record in the 55 Hurdles with 8.58 seconds.

7th Grader Adam M. had over a 3 foot PR in the long jump and broke the meet record, jumping 19ft 8 3/4 inches. Whoa!!

8th Grader Alex B. was the winning standout in the Pole Vault with 8.5ft. When you see Alex vaulting over neighborhood fences this summer, don't worry. He is just practicing for next season!

The Relay of Angelo L., Alex B., Jacob S. and Owen P. ran a dominating short medley. Owen chased down the competitors with his 55 second 400!

The Mules ended the meet with a win in the Coed 4x400. The team consisted of Aubrey M., Angelo L., Adele R. and Owen P.

The list of personal bests for this meet is too long to list. Just know that the team represented our school well and had a lot of fun in the process. Great job boys!!

If you’re interested in playing soccer this Fall for the High School there will be an Information Meeting on Thursday, May 27th, 2021 in the Old Gym at the High School. The meeting will be held at 2:45pm.
