Air Force Academy (AFA) Cyber Camps
AFA CyberCamps are designed for high school and middle school students who are just getting into cybersecurity or who have cybersecurity knowledge and want to learn more. Additional support provided by Advanced Cybersecurity Development Center.

Standard and Advanced Camps (CyberCamp I and II)
Standard AFA CyberCamp teaches beginner students the basics while Advanced AFA CyberCamp incorporates more complex concepts geared towards students who have previously participated in a CyberCamp or participated in the CyberPatriot competition.

AFA CyberCamp I
June 21-25 @ 5p-7p
Camp will be held in rooms 157 A and 157 B in the Monroe County Community College Whitman Center, 7777 Lewis Avenue. 

AFA CyberCamp II
July 12-16 @ 5p-7p
Camp will be held in rooms 157 A and 157 B in the Monroe County Community College Whitman Center, 7777 Lewis Avenue.  

Cost for each camp is $10.00. Register online at bedford.ce.eleyo.com 




Students AIR PODS are not allowed unless they are used for a class activity. We should not see them during class change. Also students need to be sure to cover their nose.



Reminders: 

Students are to wear a mask covering both nose and mouth everyday! Gators are NO longer considered a proper face covering! There is NO OUTSIDE food aloud to be delivered during the pandemic. Also please remember we have a DRESS CODE. If you are unsure what the dress codes are please see the student handbook or ask the counselors.


With the weather changing, please remember to review the Dress Code for the Junior High School.

SPORTS:


The BJHS Girls Track Team did exceptionally well at the Saline Invitational Wednesday night! They placed in all events except for one! Great job ladies!

In Long Jump, Macy V. took 6th place, Kaylee M. took 9th and Arianna H. took 10th.

Vangie N. took first place for High Jump, while Raegan V. took 4th and Kadence E. took 5th. Mollie P. took 2nd place in Pole Vault. In Shot Put, Janah B. took 9th and Chelsea J. took 10th. In the 4x55 Shuttle Hurdles, the team of Kaylin S, Madi B., Aubrey L. and Olivia M. took 3rd. We placed 6th in the 4x800 relay with a team of Chelsea J., Aubrey M., Grace F. and Iva R. In the Sprint Medley, we took 1st with a team of Kaylin S., Kaylee M., Vangie N. and Adelle R! The team of Mollie P., Olivia E., Kennedy D. and Kadence E. took 3rd in the 4x200 relay. Aubrey M., Adelle R., Kadence E. and Lizzy S. took 3rd in the Hornet relay, while Kaylee M., Olivia E., Kennedy D. and Olivia M. took 6th. We took 2nd place in the 4x100 relay with Vangie N., Molly B., Macy V. and Kayin S. and 4th place in the 4x100 relay with a team of Madi T., Tara T., Gabrielle C. and Raegan V. And last but not least, we took 1st in the Co-Ed 4x400 relay with Aubrey M. and Adelle R., along with Owen P. and D'Angelo L., and 6th place with Lizzy S. and Mollie P., along with Aidan O. and Sawyer U. Amazing job ladies! What a way to end a season!




If you’re interested in playing soccer this Fall for the High School there will be an Information Meeting on Thursday, May 27th, 2021 in the Old Gym at the High School. The meeting will be held at 2:45pm.
