STUDENT OF THE WEEK
Mr. Meggit chose Miranda M. as our student of the week.
Miranda has been an outstanding student in the 7th grade band this year. She is currently 1st chair in her section and also received a superior rating on her performance at Solo & Ensemble festival this year. Her musical ability, positive attitude, and willingness to help others makes her a great choice for student of the week!
7th GRADE SOFTBALL
7th grade softball split two tough games with Saline last night.
In the first game Maddie H. pitched the win striking out 5. McKenna D. helped out offensively with a home run. Winning 5-3
The second game was lost 10-7, despite Camryn's grand slam, and catcher Alexia M's. two put outs at third.

AUTISM AWARENESS
Our PTSA is supporting Autism Awareness during the month of APRIL by bringing back Cotton Candy and Blue Raspberry ice cream floats! Floats will be for sale during all lunches Wednesday-Friday for $1. All money raised will benefit BJHS All Mules Matter.
MSTEP
All test will be completed by 10:30 except 8th grade Science on 4/17. This test will be during your students science class.
Make sure your chromebooks are charged up and ready for your test. Also remember to bring your earbuds.

RECYCLING AT BJHS
Stop.... don't throw away your old , dried up markers!
We are excited to participate in collecting and converting our markers into clean energy.
Teachers, this also includes dry erase markers. There is a container behind the door monitor, please put all old markers in this container!
Together, we are helping our planet one handful of markers at a time!
ALL MULES MATTER
All mules matter meets every Monday during homeroom time in the media center with Mrs. Mihalec.
JUGGLING CLUB
Juggling club will not be meeting until further notice.
CHARITY CLUB
Charity club will not be meeting until further notice.
PRIDE CLUB
There will be no Pride Club until further notice.
BUS NOTES
Bus notes need to be brought to the office in the morning to be stamped before school starts. Absolutely no notes will be stamped after the afternoon announcements. If the note is not stamped you will have to ride your normal bus home.
EXIT PASSES
Exit passes can be given if a written note from home is turned into the office. All notes are to be brought to the office before school starts so your exit pass can be written. Then you are to report to the door monitor at the time indicated on your pass. Once your ride arrives you can exit the build to go to your appointment. You CAN NOT exit the building without a pass. Make sure to turn your note into the main office before the morning bell so they can issue you a exit pass.
BACKPACKS
Just another reminder. . . Don't carry your backpacks to class. You must keep your backpacks in your locker.
EARLY DROP OFFS
If you are dropped off at school before 7 a.m, you need to stay in the cafeteria with Mrs. Gibson. She will release you to your lockers at 7.
8th HOUR
8th Hour is held in the media center. It runs from 2:35 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Meet in the front lobby by the door monitor and you will be walked to the media center Forms can be picked up in the office.
NO CELL PHONES DURING SCHOOL HOURS
Students: Cell phones are not allowed during school hours. Your phone must be in your locker and turned off at 7:25 a.m. They cannot be used until 2:30 p.m. Cell phones are NOT permitted during lunches.
HEALTH ROOM RULES
Students who need to go to the health room must get a pass from the teacher they are coming from AND they should also check in with their next hour teacher to let them know where they are.
