BUS ROUTES THAT CAN NOT HAVE EXTRA RIDERS
At this time we are experiencing a number of overcrowded buses with 3 to a seat and we are unable to accommodate extra riders. The following bus routes are not excepting bus passes until further notice. We are taking student counts on all runs and will be adjusting routes over the next couple weeks.

MATH LEAGUE COMPETITIVE TEST
If you are interested in taking this year’s Math League Competitive Math Test, please sign up with your math teacher by Wednesday, January 27th. You need to have an A or a B in math to be eligible to take the test. If you have any questions please ask your math teacher or see Mrs. Brown in room 230.
6TH GRADE STUDENTS/PARENTS
Thursday January 28th at 7 pm is the 7th Grade Focus on Curriculum Night for parents. It will be in the Media Center. You will have the opportunity to talk with Mrs. Johnson about class choices for 7th grade.
GIRLS BASKETBALL
7TH GRADE RED
Bedford red 7th grade defeated Monroe White 29-9. Molly Koviak and Maddie Weirich led in scoring with 12 and 10 points respectively. Olivia Kruk played outstanding defense.
8TH GRADE RED
Bedford red 8th grade defeated Monroe White 17-12. Izzy Striggow helped erase a 9 point deficit with 6 straight points. Sophia Dauterman sealed the deal with a 3 pointer for the win. Bedford Red improved to 2-0.
7TH GRADE WHITE
Bedford white 7th grade dominated Adrian white 33-5. Savanna Killinen and Grace Hullibarger led an impressive offensive attack. The entire team contributed to the win.
8TH GRADE WHITE
Bedford white 8th grade got in the win column by beating Adrian white 36-10. Jayda Copciac and Aubrie Zeunen led in scoring. Maddie Zielinski and Lexi Angus led in rebounding. Chloe Hildebrand-Leng also played well.
TEEN NIGHT AT YMCA
The Francis Family YMCA is having a teen night for any junior high or high school student January 22nd from 7-10 pm. The cost is only $5.00. There will be a basketball tournament, dodgeball, movie, video games, PIZZA, and concessions available. Contact Denny with any questions at doleary@ymcatoledo.org
DADDY & DAUGHTER DANCE
Tickets will be on sale through January 29th at the Community Education Office for $12.00 per person. The dance is for grades K-8th and is February 6, 2016 see the Community Education office or web page for more details.

BOX TOPS
Please turn in box tops as we go so there are not so many to count and prepare for redemption.

PHONE USE DURING SCHOOL
Under no circumstances are you allowed to text your parents or anyone else during the school day. If you are feeling ill, come down to the health room. If you forgot something or need something, please ask your teacher for permission to call home. After this week, if a student is found to be texting for these reasons, you will receive the 2 penalty halls for cell phone violations.

Keep checking your e-mail for an invitation to future Students Interact. When you get an invitation, the permission slip should be turned into Mrs Connolly. Also make sure you are checking with your teachers about any assignments.

CHROMEBOOK REMINDER
Students please remember to limit what you take to each class. Chromebooks can not be stacked on several books. The bottom of the blue case has support to one book only. Carrying several books increases the chance for your chromebook to slip and break. Broken chromebooks will have to pay a $25 deductible to get it fixed.
Students should always carry chromebook cases by the handle.

HEALTH ROOM PASS REMINDER
Students, please remember you need to report to your next class before coming to the Health Room. Do not stop in between classes unless it is an emergency.
DRESS CODE REMINDER
No leggings, yoga pants or joggers unless the top is fingertip length or longer. Also, shorts and skirts are to be fingertip length or longer.
BUS NOTE REMINDER
