JUST IN . . . VOLLEYBALL SCORE FORM LAST WEDNESDAY
The 7th Grade White Volleyball Team added another win to their record on Wednesday by beating Ypsilanti Lincoln 25-10, 25-11, 25-7. Hannah F and Alaina A led the broncos in serving with 14 aces each. Alyssa D led the team with her defense. Taylor D did a great job setting for the lady Broncos. The girls travel to Monroe on Monday for their last game of the season.
JUGGLING CLUB
It's not too late to join the juggling club. Come today after school from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Be sure to arrange a ride home. You don't have to know how, just come and have fun.

RED RIBBON WEEK
Next week is Red Ribbon Week and the theme for this year is “Your Future Is Key, So Stay Drug Free”. Celebrate being drug free with a new theme each day!

We will also be selling bracelets during lunches that will sell for $1 each that say "Live Drug Free, Drugs Are Not For Me” and Hawaiian Lei’s for Friday October 27ths theme to “Lei Off Drugs”.
Let’s show our commitment to being drug free! And please promote Red Ribbon Week with your students!
BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT
Attention basketball players! The second annual Anthony Miracola 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament will be played November 4, 2017. The Basketball Wizard is holding the tournament for boys and girls in grades 3-10. The cost is just $20 a player. Teams may consist of 3-5 players. Games begin at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 4, at Mircola Gym. Come ready to compete! See Coach Green in room # 201 for entry forms and details. Good luck hoopers!

All money from the Fundraiser was due yesterday, October 19, 2017. If still have not turned in your money, PLEASE remember to bring it in to the front office.
PICTURE RETAKE DAY - THURSDAY, OCTOBER 26
Picture retakes are scheduled for October 26, 2017 during homeroom. Forms can be picked up at the door monitor's desk. If you are not happy with the photo taken on picture day, bring your entire package back to school on retake day, October 26, and turn it in to the photographer when you get your picture retaken. You will receive the same package with your new picture.
BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION
This week is the kick off for Box Top Collection. Please put them in a ziploc bag clearly labeled with name and homeroom and turn them into your homeroom teacher. They are due by this Friday. The homeroom that collects the most will win a pizza party!!!

DRESS CODE
Students, while the temps stay warm, be sure to dress for the weather and for our dress code here at the school. While we certainly need to stay cool, we also need to keep our shorts and shirts within the ranges set forth in the dress code.
BACKPACKS
Just another reminder. . . Don't carry your backpacks to class. You must keep your backpacks in your locker.
EARLY DROP OFFS
If you are dropped off at school before 7 a.m, you need to stay in the cafeteria with Mrs. Gibson. She will release you to your lockers at 7. 8th HOUR
8th Hour is held in the media center. It runs from 2:35 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Meet in the front lobby by the door monitor and you will be walked to the media center Forms can be picked up in the office.
NO CELL PHONES DURING SCHOOL HOURS
Students: Cell phones are not allowed during school hours. Your phone should be in your locker and turned off at 7:25 a.m. They cannot be used until 2:30 p.m. Cell phones are NOT permitted during lunches.
HEALTH ROOM RULES
Students who need to go to the health room must get a pass from the teacher they are coming from AND they should also check in with their next hour teacher to let them know where they are.
