SHREK JR.

There will be a mandatory parent meeting for Shrek Jr. on Wednesday, February 20th at 7:00 pm in Mrs. Matlow's room. If you have any questions, you can contact Ms DePorre either at her email (lauren.deporre@mybedford.us) or at extension 6253. :)

SHREK JR. CAST MEMBERS

Shrek Jr. cast members will have a meeting today from 3:30-4:30 in Mrs. Matlow's room, 34.

FOCUS ON THE CURRICULUM - MEETING TODAY!!

Attention current 8th graders and soon to be freshman!

Make plans to attend the rescheduled Focus on the Curriculum TODAY, February 19th, starting at 7pm in the high school media center. After general introductions and information from the counseling department, students and parents will have the opportunity to speak with department chairpersons at their table groups.

Honors/AP Parent Meeting is also TODAY, February 19th, but will start one hour earlier at 6pm.

The Honors/AP Parent meeting is for any parent that has a student interested in Honors/AP classes in the 2019-2020 school year.

8TH GRADE REMINDER - FRESHMAN COURSE REQUEST CARDS

Freshman course request cards are due to your English teacher by next Monday, February 25. If you need a card or have any questions, please see Ms. O'Neill in the the counseling office.

NJHS MEMBERSHIP MEETING

There will be a NJHS membership meeting tomorrow, February 20, during 5th hour in room # 134. Students, please inform your teachers so you can get any work that you will miss.

MATH COUNTS COMPETITIVE TEAM

Math Counts Competitive Team meets tomorrow in Mrs. Winter's room # 201, from 2:30-3:30 p.m.

DRESS CODE 

Just a reminder to parents and students about the school dress code. Jeans with rips or holes in them is not allowed. Also, hoods of any kind are not to be worn inside the building.

MATH LEAGUE TEST - TODAY

Attention all students who are taking the Math League Test today. You must bring your own calculator to use and several pencils.  You will NOT be able to use your Chromeboook calculator.  

The test will be given in the cafeteria during 1st hour for 7th and 8th grade only.  Sixth grade will be taking the test next Tuesday.  An excuse list has been sent to your teachers.  Please go to your class first, and after announcements and attendance proceed to the the cafeteria.  Remember, you must bring a calculator and several pencils with you to the test! 

KNITTING CLUB

Knitting Club is cancelled today.

8TH GRADE SCI-FI MOVIE CLUB

Eighth grade Sci-Fi Movie Club meet s today after school in Ms Kelly's room # 215 .

CREATIVE WRITING CLUB

Creative Writing Club will meet today in Ms. DePorre's room, # 49, from 2:40-3:40 p.m.

DESIGN AN APP CLUB

Do you want to be the next Mark Zuckberg?  Are you interested in creating an APP that could be uploaded to the APP Store?  The Design an App Club will begin today!  Design an App Club is meeting from 2:30-3:30 p.m. in Ms. May's room, # 50. The club will meet every Tuesday.  Grab a friend and come to the APP Club to learn about APP development and create your own APP!
