June   1 - Last Day for High School Testing Out Applications to be turned in at the High School
June 3-6 - Junior High School Cheer Tryouts - 3-5:00 p.m. - SHS Gym
June   3 - TRE Alumni Night at TRE 6-8:00 p.m.  
June   6 - Board of Education Meeting - 7:00 p.m. MRE
June   7 - Last Day of School - End of Trimester 3 - Dismissal at 10:25 a.m.
June 20 - Committee of the Whole Meeting - 7:00 p.m. - Administration Building
June 17-20 - Volleyball Camp at SHS

AFTER SCHOOL EVENTS
If students are attending after school events that do not start immediately after classes, they must go home and return to school when the activity begins.  Please, do not leave unsupervised students at school.

CELL PHONES
Cell phones should be turned off once a student enters the building in the morning.  

CAFETERIA REMINDER
From now on, you must have cash or money on your account to purchase a lunch.  If you owe for lunches that have been charged, please bring your account up-to-date before the end of the school year.

ROBOTICS
Anyone interested in being on a robotics team next year should stop by the office, or room # 38, for  application information.

BUY A YEARBOOK!
Extra yearbooks may be purchased for $45 from Dr. Robinson in room # 130 or in the office.

If you ordered a yearbook and did not receive one, please see Dr. Robinson in room # 130.

THE GREEN TEAM - MEETS TOMORROW
The Green Team will meet for the last time on Thursday May 30, for a pizza party.  Thank you for all of your hard work.

9TH GRADE HONORS ENGLISH - SUMMER READING ASSIGNMENTS
Ninth grade Honors English summer reading assignments are to be picked up in the counseling office.  Eighth grade English teachers have a class list also.

HIGH SCHOOL - TESTING OUT - DUE FRIDAY
This is a reminder to 8th graders who would like to test out of a Freshman class next year.  Applications are online and at the high school in the counseling office.  Applications may be turned in May 1 through June 1.

VOLLEYBALL - OPEN GYM FOR 8TH GRADERS - TOMORROW
There will be an open gym for 8th grade girls interested in volleyball from 3-5:00 p.m. at the high school in the new gym tomorrow, Thursday, May 30.

BEDFORD VOLLEYBALL CAMP
The Bedford Volleyball Camp will be held June 17-20, at the high school.  All 6th, 7th, and 8th grade girls interested should pick up a flyer in the office.  The deadline to join is June 11.

BOYS' - HIGH SCHOOL TENNIS
Any 8th grade boy interested in playing tennis next fall at the high school, please pick up a summer schedule outside of Miss Dunnigan's classroom # 205.

BOYS - 6th,7th AND 8th GRADE - BASKETBALL SKILLS CAMP
If there are any boys in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade interested in a basketball skills camp, put on by Head Coach Nick Lowe, please stop by the office and pick up a flyer on the side table.

8TH GRADE BOYS - HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL
There will be a meeting for any 8th grader interested in playing football next year at the High School auditorium on Thursday from 2:30 until 3:30.

Also, on Friday any student in 6th, 7th or 8th grade interested in playing FOOTBALL will be called to the gym for a short meeting on Friday, May 31 at 10:32. Please wait to be called so that your teacher may take attendance.

HIGH SCHOOL SWIM AND DIVE TEAM
There will be a brief informational meeting in the Bedford Junior High School cafeteria on Thursday, May 30, from 2:30-3:00 p.m. for any 8th grade girl in interested in  joining the high school swim and dive team in the fall .  If you are interested and unable to attend, please see Coach Bauer in the health room .

8th GRADERS INTERESTED IN DRIVER'S EDUCATION
There are 3 segment 1 classes still available for this summer:

·         The first class starts June 25 at 8am in PO-H
·         The second class starts June 25th at 10am in PO-H
·         The third and final class of the summer starts July 15th  at 8am in PO-H

Students if you will be 14 years 8 months on any of those dates you will be eligible to take Segment I Drivers Education.

SIDELINE CHEER TRYOUTS AND CONDITIONING
High School tryouts are this week, May 28th-31st, 3-5pm in the high school gym.
Incoming 7th and 8th graders, no experience necessary! Junior High tryouts are June 3- 6 from  3-5pm in the high school gym.

TEMPERANCE ROAD ELEMENTARY - ALUMNI NIGHT
There will be a TRE Alumni Night on Monday, June 3, from 6-8:00 p.m. at Temperance Road Elementary School for all former Temperance Elementary students and families.
