If students are attending after school events that do not start immediately after classes, they must go home and return to school when the activity begins. Please, do not leave unsupervised students at school.

Lifetouch photographers will be at the junior high on Tuesday, May 7, to take spring pictures. Order forms were distributed to all students in their science class. Spring pictures are not mandatory and must be paid for in advance. If you would like a spring picture, please have your picture taken during your lunch hours on Tuesday.
NATIONAL JUNIOR HONOR SOCIETY INDUCTION - INDUCTION CEREMONY
Tomorrow evening, 71 new members will be inducted to the National Junior Honor Society. The ceremony begins at 7:00 p.m. in the BJHS Gym. Congratulations!

REFLECTIONS RECOGNITION PROGRAMAll students who participated in the Reflections Program are invited to Bedford PTSA, 2012-2013, Reflections Program on Wednesday, May 15, at 7:00 p.m. in the Bedford High School Auditorium. Snacks will be served immediately following the program.
NEXT YEAR'S AMERICA'S CULTURE STUDENTS
Students who signed up for America's Culture for 8th grade will need to report to the cafeteria tomorrow, morning at 7:30 a.m. Please bring pencils and extra paper with you.

Students invited to this week's session of Students Interact should remember to turn in their signed permission slip to Mrs. Connolly before leaving today. Students attending the session should ask their teachers for assignments for Wednesday .
HIGH SCHOOL - TESTING OUT - DATE CHANGED
This is a reminder to 8th graders who would like to test out of a Freshman class next year. Applications are online and at the high school in the counseling office. Applications may be turned in May 1 through June 1.
TRACK
The track teams will travel to Tecumseh today for they their meet. The meet begins at 4:15 p.m. There is not an early dismissal.
7TH GRADE SOFTBALL
The 7th grade softball team will host St. Mary's CC at their double-header today. The game will be held at the JV Field beginning at 4:00 p.m.
MARCHING BAND - DRUM LINE TRYOUTS
Drum line tryouts for the 2013 Marching Band will be with Mr. Bates on Thursday, May 9th, and 16th from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the high school band room.
MOTHER/DAUGHTER SPRING FLING DANCE - THIS FRIDAY
Welcome spring; and celebrate your mom at the Mother and Daughter Spring Fling Dance on Friday, May 10, from 7-9 p.m. This will be a lot of fun for you, your friends, and your mom! There will be tasty treats, beautiful decorations, and a DJ playing your favorite songs. Fliers with more information are available in the office. Get to the Community Ed office to get your tickets! They are open Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. What a great way to celebrate Mother's Day.
