MEDIA CENTER REMINDER
Today is April 30th, and it is another due date for books from the Media Center. Be sure to return or renew all books dated April 30th by the end of the day today. Stop down to the Media Center if you are not sure when your book is due.
AFTER SCHOOL EVENTS
If students are attending after school events that do not start immediately after classes, they must go home and return to school when the activity begins. Please, do not leave unsupervised students at school.

Cell phones should be turned off once a student enters the building in the morning. RELAY FOR LIFE - BRONCO BASH
The Junior High Broncos' Relay For Life Team will be holding The Bronco Bash this Friday from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the Junior High. Come for music and games with all proceeds benefiting the Bedford Relay For Life. Pizza and concessions will be available for purchase that evening. Wristbands will be sold this week during lunch hours for $5.00 Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Also our relay for life team will be selling suckers during all of the lunches on Friday.

HIGH SCHOOL - TESTING OUT - DATE CHANGED
This is a reminder to 8th graders who would like to test out of a Freshman class next year. Applications are online and at the high school in the counseling office. Applications may be turned in May 1 through June 1.
BEDFORD TRAVEL SOCCER TEAM
The Bedford Travel Soccer Team attended Bowling Green Spring Challenge this past weekend. They took second place!
8TH GRADE SOFTBALL RESULTS
The Bedford 8th grade team swept Monroe Airport in a double-header Monday. In the 1st game, Kristin Hill pitched a 2-hitter and Ericka Wilt had a key sacrifice fly to lead us to a 3-2 victory. Taylor Haberland had a 2-run double and Megan Cook had a key hit in a 7-run 2nd inning to lead Bedford to a 7-5 win in the 2nd game.
8TH GRADE SOFTBALL

The boys track team defeated Ypsi West last night 98.5 – 38.5. Leading the way was Michael Greeley in the 3200 M run with a winning time of 11:58. Michael also won the long jump. Other winners were Kevin Lingle in the 1600, Charles Hilsenbeck in the 70 M dash, Galvin Semler in the 200 M dash and high jump, Brady Nowak in the pole vault. 4 x 800 relay team of Dominic Adduci, Darric Garcia, Brendan Burns, and Michael Greeley. The 4 x 200 relay team of Carson Barr, Alex Pisanti, Tyler Rechsteiner, and Dylan Kreamer. The 4 x100 team of Joseph Whitaker, Galvin Semler, Brady Nowak, and Andrew Farren. Andrew Farren also won the 200 M hurdles and broke the school record for the 55 M hurdles with a time of 8.5 seconds
7TH GRADE SOFTBALL RESULTS
The 7th grade softball team lost two games to Airport last night at home. Andi Martin had a nice night on the mound and Jordan Costlow threw out 2 runners stealing third. Jordan Costlow and Claire Asmus each hit a triple and had multiple hits.
MOTHER/DAUGHTER SPRING FLING DANCE
Welcome spring and celebrate your mom at the Mother and Daughter Spring Fling Dance on Friday, May 10, from 7-9 p.m. This will be a lot of fun for you, your friends, and your moms! There will be tasty treats, beautiful decorations, and a DJ playing your favorite songs. Fliers with more information are available in the office. Get to the Community Ed office to get your tickets! They are open Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. or go to the Adult Ed office on Tuesday night from 5:00-6:30 p.m. What a great way to celebrate Mother's Day.
