ALL STUDENTS 100 MILE CLUB - IT'S NOT TOO LATE TO JOIN!
Attention all students; BJHS 100 Mile Club started this week and goes through March 22, after school from 2:45 to 4:30 p.m. The goal of the 100-Mile Club is to improve the fitness and well-being of all participants. The challenge of completing 100 miles within a certain time limit, and in the winter months, is a tremendous accomplishment. You will need to complete 5 miles a day. If you complete the 100 miles, you will earn an official 100-Mile Club t-shirt. Dates are subject to change due to weather conditions! The Yearbook staff is also accepting poetry, short stories, vignettes, and other vehicles of expression for our annual Literary Magazine. Please submit your entries in the box located in the office.

Flowers will be sold during all lunch hours for Valentine's Day. Buy someone a flower. The cost is only $1.

This Friday is the Valentine Party from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Bring all of your BJHS friends. Wrist Bands cost $5. We will have a photo booth, "Just Dance" Competition, ping-pong competition, and dancing in the gym. The first 50 students purchasing wristbands will receive a set of beads to wear.
BRING POP - FREE ADMISSION TO THE VALENTINE DANCE
The first 30 kids to bring in a 12 pack of pop to Mr. Lopinski will get in to the dance FREE!

Students attending today's session of Students Interact should be in the cafeteria at this time for attendance.

Young Artist Club meets every Thursday after school in the art room # 134 from 2:30-4:00 p.m. Be sure to have a ride home.
THE CUTEST PET VALENTINE
This week, please notice the photos of the pets on the cafeteria bulletin boards. The staff is having a "Cutest Pet Valentine Contest". Please bring spare change to the front table to vote for your favorites! The staff member that wins will be announced on Thursday, Valentine's Day. All monies will be donated to a local animal shelter.
WRESTLING
The Bronco wrestlers remain unbeaten in the SEC defeating Dexter yesterday 53-17. Jeff Brushaber, Youssef Moosa, and Markus Sandoval had exciting wins. Alex Saul won a close match 5-4, while Alex Ortman recorded a pin against an opponent whom he had lost to earlier this season. Great job everyone!
The Broncos' last home match will be Wednesday next week. Come and cheer on the wrestlers towards their quest to win the league.

Join the Soiree! Become a Soiree Junior Singer! This is your chance to share the spotlight and share the joy of performing at Bedford High School. There will be TWO performances just for the Soiree Juniors and the Soiree Singers along with some special guest performances. Students will also have an opportunity to perform as a soloist through special auditions called "Bedford Junior Idol". Soiree Junior will perform live on stage on March 22, and 23, at 8:00 p.m. Students will receive a Soiree junior T-shirt to keep, two free tickets to the show, one free ticket to see Bedford Idol on March 18, a chance to win a pair of tickets to the upcoming shows at the Huntington Center, Fisher Theatre, etc., and have lots of fun with the members of the Soiree Singers and Mr. Smith. STUDENTS - COMMUNITY ED CO-ED VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE
The Bedford Youth Coed Volleyball League is open to all boys and girls in grades 4-12 who would like to improve their volleyball skills. The purpose pf the league is to teach volleyball skills, rules, and techniques as well as to have an opportunity to have fun playing games in an organized league. The Cost is $74.
