Congratulations to Alyson S for being our student of the week. Alyson was nominated by Mrs. Kay. Alyson is eager to help classmates and participates in class daily. She is friendly and has a great sense of humor!
VOLLEYBALL RESULTS
The Bedford 7th grade red volleyball team swept Chelsea Gold on the road in three straight games. Hayley K and Torey D led in service points. Brianna Z and Kadence E also played well for the Broncos!
The Bedford 8th grade red volleyball team won last night on the road against Chelsea Gold. Kendall B, Mya K, and Alexa F led the team with service points. Great team effort by everyone. We are home tomorrow against Lincoln. Hope to see you there!
The 7th grade white volleyball team handily defeated Chelsea yesterday with scores of 25-12, 25-6, and 25-9. The team was led by the serving of Abby O, and Emmah K. Vangie N led the team in hitting and Revelynn J did an awesome job on defense. Keep up the good work!
The 8th grade white volleyball team won their game against Chelsea. They lost the first match 19-25 and came back and won the next two matches 25-5,
25-19. Sophia G had 11 aces and Kadence M had some nice passes in the back row and kept the team pumped up. Keep up the great work girls!
VOLLEY FOR THE CURE
Bedford's Volley for the Cure Game is not until October, but we have begun to take orders for t-shirts. If you would like to put a loved one's name on the back, "in honor of" or "in memory of", the forms are in the office. This is for students and staff!

If you need extra help with your homework, plan to attend 8th hour. 8th Hour meets every week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 2:35- 3:25 pm. Students meet in the front lobby.
Please be sure to arrange for a ride home if you are planning to attend. You must have a signed permission slip or note to attend. Permission slips are available in the office.

IF YOU RIDE THE BUS TO SCHOOL . . .
Attention all students who ride the bus to school in the morning; please walk on the sidewalk closest to the school when you get off your bus. When you walk too close tot he buses, it creates a safety issue.
DRESS CODE REMINDER
Students, the weather forecast is hot and humid for the next few days.
Remember:
Undergarments should not be visible at any time (this includes boxer shorts, briefs, underwear, bras, etc.)
Skirts and shorts must be mid-thigh, approximately lower than the palm of the hand.
Low-cut, revealing, bare-midriff tank tops or bare shoulders are not permitted.
Sleeveless tops must be two inches on the shoulder.
