Student of the week for the week of 12/10 is Lillian B.. She was nominated by Mrs. Vogel and here's what she had to say...Lilly has a heart of gold. She is quick to assess other's emotional needs and give a hug for support. Her gentle nature and critical thinking skills make her an invaluable tablemate and elbow partner to her classmates. Her contributions during our discussions ignite everyone's thinking. We're so happy to have her on our team this year!

2019 BOYS 12 AND UNDER VOLLEYBALL TEAM
We are looking to build a boys 12 and under volleyball team this winter. The team will play in the Northwest Ohio Juniors League on Mondays at the Paragon. The league begins January 21st and will last for 6 weeks with 2 matches per night. The players will also receive 10 team practices and 10 skills practices. Practice dates TBD. SIGN UP SHEETS ARE IN THE OFFICE
ALL MULES MATTER
The next All Mules Matter is December 17th during 5A homeroom.
SPORTS
The boys 7th grade white team lost to Dexter last night 29 - 20. The team made a valiant effort to come back in the 2nd half but they just came up a bit short at the end.
Owen K. led the team in scoring with 12 points; Ryan K. and Gabe B. both finished with 4 points; Lucas T. chipped in with 3 points; Caymen W., Eli E. both scored 2 points, and Zack H. and Adam K. scored 1 point each and played good defense.
The white teams will next take on Pinckney tomorrow with the 7th grade beginning at 4:15.
Bedford red 7th grade lost to Pinckney Black 26-18. Nolan L. and Caleb O. played well in the defeat. Bedford 8th grade red defeated Pinckney Black 41-23. Evan C. and Simon E. led the scoring. Griffin W. and Tommy H. also played well.
8th grade white team lost another tough one last night to Dexter 30 -21. Andrew H. led the way with 12 , Johnny H. had 5 and Ben W. added 4 points.
Congratulations to the BJHS Swim and Dive team. They were Victorious over Saline and Monroe last night at their meet held at Saline.
Finishing First for the Broncos in their individual races were:Lindy S., Dylan H., Kyle R., and Kaylee S.
Also, qualifying for the State meet was, Gabby P., Alexa., Rebekah A., Nick Z. and diver, Austin C.
Honorable Mentions go to newcomers- Jordan B., Gabby D. and Annabelle H.
