Gavin R. who was nominated by Mr. Masters and here's what he had to say... Gavin is an extrmemly motivated student who is always conscientious in all of his school endeavors. Gavin has a friendly personality and gets along extremely well with his classmates. He's an excellent role model for any student coming into the jhs.
DETROIT PISTONS SCHOOL FUNDRAISER
The Detroit Pistons are coming to BJHS on Monday, October 29, for an assembly. They are offering a fundraiser for all BJHS students and their family. Attend one or both of the home Piston games on Friday, December 7, with the Philadelphia 76ers or Saturday, December 15, with the Boston Celtics. ROBOTICS TEAM
Congratulations to the Turning Gears Robotics Team for winning a second place trophy for their robot performance at the Canton Qualifier this weekend. Additionally, they won the Motivate Trophy, and they were awarded the third place INSPIRE award for the best overall teams. Their top notch performance secured them one of the five bids to the Michigan State Championship on Dec. 14-15. Congratulations Turning Gears! Stop by the high school this Saturday, between 10:30am-5pm to watch all 5 of our Junior High teams compete! Good luck to all of our teams.
