SPORTS

The junior high boys took 2nd out of 10 teams at the 1st SEC cross country jamboree yesterday. It was a great team effort, with almost everyone on the team running a best time on the unusually fast course. Leo W. was the top Bedford runner placing 4th overall in a time of 11:24. Simon V. was the top 7th grader and Jordan B. was the top 6th grader for Bedford. Others having great races were 6th graders Sawyer U., Logan H., and Braxon L., and 7th graders Gabe B. and Ethan T.

The girls cross county team dominated their first SEC competition yesterday, winning by 23 points. Ally B., Ava R., Bekah A., and Sydney D. finished in 3rd through 6th place with Emma B., Katelyn D., and Sam S. also scoring for the team. Mya O. fought through a wall of Saline runners to be a top finisher in the open race. Congratulations to all of our runners. Go Broncos!

WELCOME BACK PARTY
Everyone should plan to attend the Welcome Back to School Party on Friday,

September 14,
from 2:30 - 4:30.  Wristbands will be sold Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday during all lunch hours.
September 12.  The cost is $5.  There will be a DJ and a photo booth at the dance.  Students will
also be able to play volleyball and basketball in the gym.  Concessions will be available.  Bring extra money for snacks.

BIBLE FELLOWSHIP CLUB
Bible Fellowship Club will be meeting today after school in room # 23 until 3:30.  All are welcome and encouraged to attend.  Please arrange a ride home.  If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Brown in room # 23.

FOOTBALL T-SHIRTS
Football t-shirts will be sold starting today outside of the cafeteria. They will be $5 and the theme will super heroes.

STUDENT COUNCIL

Student council members please check your email and respond to Mr. Lopinski. Student council has a meeting on Friday for 15 minutes in room 30 for 4A.
