PTSA WELCOME BACK DANCE
Make plans to attend the Bedford Junior High School PTSA Welcome Back Dance this Thursday, September 20, after school from 2:30 to 4:30. The cost is $6 and it includes a PTSA membership. Tickets will be on sale tomorrow, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday during all lunch hours. If you already purchased a membership to the PTSA, your name will be on their list and you will receive your ticket free during your lunch hour. The ticket is a wristband. The YMCA will be at the dance with organized games in the gym like basketball and dodge ball. There will be a DJ in the cafeteria. Food will be sold too! Everyone will have a great time!!!
CROSS COUNTRY
The BJHS Girls' Cross Country Team competed in the Michigan State University Spartan Invitational on Friday. Earning medals were Alexa Libstorff, Ashley Wagenhouser, Alexis Harpel, and Autumn Oxer. Caitlyn Stieber, Kaitlin Kochendoerfer, Jillian Sutter, Kira Hanusz, Sydney Lent, Moriah Torongeau, Haydyn Goldberg, and Mackenzie Kruszva all ran well. Nice job ladies!
The boys' cross country team continued their dominance of the running world at the Michigan State University Invitaional last Friday. Michael Greeley and Brendan Burns continued to lead the way for the team. Great runs were also turned in by 7th grade sensations Davis Molnar and Josh Reitz, who both took almost 30 seconds off their best times of the season. Even better than that, 8th graders Kyle Kamm, Jacob Newis and 7th grader Alexa Zittleman all took about 1 minute off their best time of the season.
VOLLEYBALL
Good luck to our white volleyball team. Their first game of the season is at home tonight beginning at 4:15 p.m. in the BJHS gym. Come and support your Broncos today when they take on Monroe Red.

The BJHS red volleyball team's game at Ypsilanti has been rescheduled for Thursday, Spetember 20.
VOLLEY FOR THE CURE
Bedford Varsity Volleyball is sponsoring "Volley for the Cure" on Tuesday, September 25, in the Bedford High School Gym to benefit the Susan G. Komen Foundation. If you wish to purchase a t-shirt, the cost is $10.00; and it will get you into the event for free. Shirts will be sold during all lunch hours on Thursday, September 20, and Friday, September 21.
VARSITY FOOTBALL WHITE OUT T-SHIRTS
Football moms will be selling white out t-shirts during lunch hours on Wednesday, Septenber 19, and Thursday, September 20. The cost is $5 and does NOT include admission to the game. Show your spirit as the Mules take on Saline at home on Frday.
